About Me
My name is Judith Erhard and I am the owner of Art Perfectly Imperfect
I grew up in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. There, I studied art in school but discovered my true passion for ceramics when I moved to Colorado in 2014. Since taking my first pottery class at Mudslingers in Lafayette, I have nurtured my artistic, creative and technical skills into a true talent for ceramics. My aim is to develop pieces which can be used in everyday life with a focus on beauty, practicality and functionality. In 2017 I started to participate in art and craft shows locally on a regular basis.
I started to teach pottery classes at Mudslingers Pottery School in 2018. I am dedicated to my students as I teach them not only the fundamental techniques of pottery but also having fun while doing it.
